It’s that time of year again!
For those who haven’t been following on Facebook or Twitter, the good folks at CulturedVultures.com let me curate their Top 20 Hip-Hop albums of the year list. There have been so many new albums to drop this year, and I was spending so much time listening to artists I was about to see in concert throughout the year rather than whatever was hot at the time, but I still got through a lot of music to be able to put this together. A lot of dope albums were left out, including the new Eminem, Jeezy and N.E.R.D. albums that dropped last week just due to timing, but I tried to be objective in including both mainstream and underground influencers.
Next up I’ll be dropping my annual Top 10 Concerts of the Year list, so stay tuned for that!
